To finish off our tour of the northeast we joined the rest of our family at Santa's Village. This was the first amusement park the kids had been to, and Avery loved it!
She fearlessly took on all the rides and loved the elf show.
Here she is on one of the rides with her equally fearless dad.
Cooper spends some time with Aunt Shelley, getting to know one of the elves scattered throughout the park.

Avery & Jack even helped Santa drive the reindeer. Look at that technique!
Avery's cousin Whitley peeks around an igloo to find Avery. We got to spend a ton of time with Whitley during our weekend and they had a lot of fun together! Avery asked for Whitley first thing when she woke up in the morning, and is still talking about her non-stop.
It was a really fun day! We had to cut it a little short (see Cooper's exhausted face?), but next time we go we are starting at the other end of the park and covering the whole thing.

It was Avery's first ride, and she was SO excited when the doors popped open and all of her favorite family was cheering for her below. It was adorable. We had to explain that it didn't happen on every ride!
