When our morning plans fell through, I knew we needed to find something spectacular to do with the day to make it up to our very disappointed little lady (who has been so good and patient all week while her mom has been very busy working). So we headed up to a very wonderful museum called "Port Discovery". What a great day!
I knew it would be a good time for Avery....but I think Cooper ended up having an even better time! There were so many exhibits and activities for little people his age.
Here he is browsing the menu at Avery's diner while she whips up some grub. This was a popular exhibit with Avery last year when we visited, but this time it was a true hit! We're considering making the living room into a pretend diner because she would play all day.
They also had some space carved out for the "littlest visitors" at the water display.
And then, to make a great time even more AMAZING.....Cousin Anna showed up!! Back from her travels (the girl gets around!), Anna was an awesome addition to our day. We love you!!
...and then, the most exciting exhibit of all: Egypt!
