This weekend Aunt Susan visited for the day - wahoo! There were many sweet hugs for her from Avery and proclamations of "I love you!" We spent part of our day at a local historic / cultural festival in the next town over. It was a gorgeous day and we had a great time.

Avery dance-runs during a banjo performance.
At first she thought she loved Civil-war re-enactment drum corps.....(notice the re-enacter with the awesome beard behind her) ........until then they started playing. She was pretty freaked out by the drums, but luckily Aunt Susan was there to protect her.
